Every pregnancy is different, and we’re here to support you through each step of this incredible time in your life. Our prenatal Pilates classes are thoughtfully designed to help you stay active, build strength, and prepare your body for the amazing journey ahead—all while ensuring you feel safe, supported, and confident. Whether you’re in your first trimester or your final weeks, we’re here to help you connect with your body and your baby.

Benefits of Prenatal Pilates
Pilates during pregnancy is one of the best ways to stay active while also prioritizing your health and well-being. It’s a low-impact, highly adaptable form of exercise that focuses on core stability, flexibility, and mindful breathing—elements that are especially beneficial during pregnancy. Here’s how prenatal Pilates can support you:

-
Stronger Core: A strong core is essential during pregnancy. It helps support your growing belly while reducing strain on your lower back. Strengthening these muscles can alleviate common discomforts like back pain and improve posture as your body changes.
-
Pelvic Floor Support: Prenatal Pilates emphasizes pelvic floor health, helping you strengthen the muscles that play a crucial role during labor and postpartum recovery. Strong pelvic floor muscles can also reduce the risk of incontinence and other postpartum challenges.
-
Ease Discomfort: Pregnancy can bring aches and pains, especially in the hips, back, and shoulders. Pilates uses gentle, targeted movements to ease tension and address common pregnancy-related discomforts, helping you feel more comfortable in your body.
-
Improved Circulation: The fluid, mindful movement in Pilates can help promote healthy blood flow, reducing swelling and improving overall circulation throughout pregnancy.
-
Stress Relief: Pregnancy can be both mentally and physically demanding. Pilates encourages deep breathing and mindfulness, helping you release stress and feel a sense of calm while connecting with your body and baby.
