Online Pilates Classes
Veronique will lead you in your Pilates and Yamuna Body Rolling experience for fitness, post-rehabilitation, pre and postnatal, menopause. She offers virtual Pilates classes, as well as in-person Pilates classes at our studio in Bethlehem, PA.
Veronique is trained as a midwife, and she loves accompanying women through their life journey. Veronique is using her expertise to help women build confidence and strength. A strong core will help you address back pain, posture problems, pelvic discomfort, diastasis, osteoporosis, osteopenia, and feel rejuvenated.

Ready To Get Started?
All new students to Encore Pilates are required to attend an evaluation session appointment regardless of Pilates experience.
During the 55 minute private Evaluation Session Veronique will:
Review your Client Intake form
Identify your goals
Do a posture and general movement assessment
Introduce the basic Pilates principles and explain the benefits of Pilates
Get you acquainted with Pilates equipment
Recommend classes based on your needs and schedule: private, duets or group classes
